Terms of delivery
Products have a 14-day return policy on receipt of the product. If you want to return the product, please first contact us by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The returned product must be in its original condition.
Returns must be reported within 14 days of picking up the products. Upon receipt of the return notification, the product must be sent to us within 14 days.
The customer is obliged to pay the cost of returns, unless it is a defective product.
The customer will receive a refund for the product, which will be done using the payment method used in the original payment.

Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it, unless otherwise stated. Delivery time depends on how your order is mailed.
The estimated delivery time for letters is 4 working days. The letter does not contain a shipment ID, so its progress cannot be tracked in tracking shipments.
The delivery time of packages is normally 1-2 working days. Packets include a shipment ID that allows the shipment to be tracked.
Depending on the mailing method, the customer must pick up the shipment by post as follows:
- Within 2 days.
Transmission in the local tray
- Within 7 days.
Packages from the Post's service point and at vending machines.
Parcels and transport units delivered to the recipient that have been attempted to be delivered to the recipient.
- Within 14 days.
Packages for which the sender has purchased a longer shelf life
Failure to pick up is not the same thing as a refund or cancellation. The customer is obliged to pay the costs of non-collection. A package that is not picked up can be resent to the customer, but the customer is obliged to pay the cost of this.
If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must notify us of the defect in writing no later than within 14 days by e-mail email@example.com. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must make a complaint to the shipping company of your choice immediately after picking up the package.
